Black Beauty (Black Zucchini)

44-50 days. 6-8” long, straight, cylindrical, slightly ridged, blackish-green fruit with greenish-white, firm interior.

 

 

Early Prolific Straightneck

42-50 days. 6-7”, club-shaped, pale creamy-yellow fruit with creamy-yellow flesh. Popular and productive.

 

 

Early Yellow Summer Crookneck

42-50 days. 5½-6½”, curved, slender-necked fruit with enlarged bulb at blossom end. Bright yellow skin, pale greenish-yellow flesh. Favorite home garden variety.

 

 

Early White Bush Scallop

47-54 days. 3”x1½”, white, disk-shaped fruit with scalloped edges and greenish-white, firm interior. Will keep somewhat longer than most other summer squash varieties.

 

 

Spaghetti

90 days. 8-10” long fruit with yellow rind. Resemble spaghetti when boiled flesh is pulled from rind with a fork.

 

 

Table Queen Acorn

80-83 days. 5½”x4”, acorn-shaped, heavily ridged fruit with smooth, hard, dark green skin. Thick, firm, light yellow to orange, dry flesh. Excellent quality for baking. Averages 1½-2 lbs.

 

 

Waltham Butternut

90-100 days. 10-12”x4-5”, elongated fruit with bulbous blossom end. Cream-colored and smooth with a hard, tough rind. Flesh is yellowish-orange, medium dry. Averages 2-3 lbs.
